Information we collect
We collect the name and email associated with your sign-in, membership and billing status, referral-source business information, tasks, and activity records you choose to enter. We may also receive basic service logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
We use this information to provide your private workspace, save your work, operate subscriptions, support members, protect the service, and understand overall product usage. The owner dashboard shows membership and summary usage counts but is not designed to display agents’ private notes.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments. ReferralReady does not store complete payment-card numbers. ChatGPT provides sign-in and Sites hosting. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
No beneficiary health information
ReferralReady is a business-development tool and is not intended to store protected health information. Do not enter beneficiary names, Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, diagnoses, medications, medical records, or other sensitive client information.
Retention and choices
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
