30-day trial
A card is required to begin the 30-day free trial, but you are not charged when the trial starts. The ending date is shown during secure checkout and in your account. Cancel through Manage Subscription before the trial ends and you will not be charged the $29 monthly membership fee.
Monthly subscription
The Founding Agent plan renews at $29 per month until canceled. You may cancel at any time through Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period.
Refunds
Monthly charges are generally nonrefundable, and partial months are not prorated. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly so we can review it. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and request updated payment information. Access may be limited or suspended if the subscription remains unpaid.
