Terms of Service

Effective August 21, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of ReferralReady Medicare, a business-development and relationship-tracking service for licensed insurance professionals. By creating an account or activating billing, you agree to these terms.

2. Professional responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining all licenses, appointments, certifications, and carrier or regulatory approvals required for your work. ReferralReady does not provide legal, compliance, insurance, tax, or medical advice and does not guarantee referrals, enrollments, commissions, or income.

3. Appropriate use

Use the service only for lawful business-development activities. Do not enter Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment-card data, medical records, diagnoses, prescription details, or other protected health information. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access another member’s account.

4. Trial and subscription

A payment card is required to begin the 30-day free trial. No subscription charge is made when the trial begins. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the Founding Agent plan automatically begins at $29 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Taxes may apply. Stripe securely processes payments and provides card management and invoices.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued. We may suspend access for unlawful use, nonpayment, security risk, or material violation of these terms.

6. Ownership

You retain ownership of information you enter. ReferralReady’s software, design, templates, and original instructional content remain the property of ReferralReady Medicare. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.

7. Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, ReferralReady is provided “as is.” ReferralReady is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, lost commissions, lost referrals, or decisions made using the service. Total liability will not exceed the subscription fees you paid during the preceding three months.

8. Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
